You may use our services through our API or the provided frontend interface. Don't misuse our services. For example, don't interfere with our services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. We may suspend or stop providing our services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

3. Your Content in our Services

When you build a graph using our services, you retain the exclusive rights to that graph. By using our services, you grant us (and those we work with) a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. This license is necessary to provide and improve our services.

4. Privacy and Copyright Protection

We respect your privacy. Our privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our services. By using our services, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.

5. Third Party Terms of Service

Our services include access to third-party tools such as OpenAI models. By using these tools, you agree to abide by the OpenAI Terms of Service.

6. Beta Product

Please be aware that our services are currently in a beta phase. As such, we provide no warranty or uptime guarantee unless explicitly agreed upon in writing separately.

7. Account Limit

Each user is limited to five accounts unless granted an exception in writing by us.

8. Termination and Refunds

We reserve the right to terminate a user's account for any reason. If an account is terminated due to violation of these terms, the terms of service of any of our component tools, or the law, no refund is owed unless the user's account contains more than $100 worth of tokens. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to these tokens as a processing fee. Free tokens that are not paid for by the user are considered worthless and can be removed from any account for any reason.

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a service. You should look at the terms regularly. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a service, you should discontinue your use of that service.
